How To Block Mac Address From Network
Ok, so here's the deal. A family member of mine is constantly watching youtube videos ALL the time and makes the internet EXTREMELY slow for everybody else. (I know you may say that watching youtube videos shouldn't slow down the connection this much, but it does! As soon as the device is shut down (device being a kindle fire HD) the speed of the internet triples or quadruples even.) However, when we ask him to get off or stop watching it he just refuses to do so.. So what I want to know is, is there a way to block an i.p. address connected to the wireless router? Or a way to reorganize which devices are prioritized/get more band-width? I have a belkin router with access to the control panel but I don't see anything on there that could really help with this besides the listed I.P. addresses.
Thanks in advance
